Parallel Lines

Another couple of days have passed, and things are really starting to take shape.

Hit our first snagette: it looks like the architect thought our house and next door are parallel, but they're not - they're slightly angled so that the sides converge towards the rear, presumably because the fronts are square to the road which curves slightly. Not a big deal but it means that the access corridor down the side of the extension will be narrower than anticipated, particularly at the back of the house.

It's enough to drive a man to drink, so I need a pint of this:

  1. Nice work and even nicer product placement. What's happened to the aspect ratio of the image?

  2. I'm sure your architect will check, but watch that the change doesn't mean that a window is now closer to your boundary than the allowable minimum.

  3. Tony - thanks for that. We'll check. There's no windows down that side, but it's worth double-checking. Don't want to find out too late...
