Lean On Me

Big bits of metal went in today. Because the existing external wall is coming down, we need to put in a steel girder to support the roof, and that means we need something that will hold up both the existing girder and the new one. At one point it sounded like we might be able to just have one long girder all the way across the back, but to meet building regulations that would have to be something fit for putting into the Forth rail bridge. So instead we have two, and a steel pillar in the middle.
